What an amazing day! This morning we started the day with a one hour kayak trip around Jackson Lake. It was beautiful to be out on the lake. We seemed even that much closer to the Tetons! We were able to kayak to an island and explore the shore a bit. We had a rock skipping contest. Emma won with four skips. The competitive nature of our family continued as we rowed back. We had an all out race to the shore! Of course, Logan and I won the race! (corey) After working up an appetite kayaking we headed back to camp for lunch. We had a quick bite to eat and took off for horseback riding in the Grand Teton National Park. WOW, it was awesome!! We did a two hour trail ride. Each of us had our own horse. We rode across streams and up a mountain for an unforgettable view of the Tetons. Our knees were a little shaky and our bottoms a little sore but it was worth it! My heart is so full it could explode! (angel) warning! lots of pictures of this day!
